Our Mission

The Collaborative is a member-driven group purchasing organization whereby the majority of the generated savings accrue directly to the participating property manager. The goal is for 80-100% of the generated savings to be realized and retained by the participating member. Further, contracts which generate rebates based on aggregated member sales volume are received by the Collaborative and then shared with the Member. Our goal is to share at least 50% of any rebate generated through member participation.   

As described above, one form or collaboration is by banding together to “purchase as one” to optimize leverage. Another way we collaborate is to bring members to the table, who have industry knowledge in a particular business vertical, to help us negotiate and build out our portfolio of contracts, which is expanding rapidly. Our member managers include individuals who have owned paint stores, run insurance brokerage companies, led waste management sales teams, and owned cleaning and environmental companies, just to provide a small sampling of coalesced talent and expertise guiding the day-to-day activities and strategic visioning of the Collaborative.
